「イルミネーションを開発するのではなく、横浜の夜景を鑑賞する場をデザインする」ことから発想した作品。水辺に設置されたバーカウンターから眺める夜景は眼前の水盤によって反転され、二重の夜景（ダブル・ビュー）となる。港町横浜は「Bar」のまちでもあり、水辺に最も近い？ロングカウンターが夜景と水辺を同時に意識する夜景鑑賞装置となる。
The work made by an idea of ‘We must not develop the illuminations but design the places to watch Yokohama Night View.’ With this work, a Night View Watching Device which you are conscious of a waterfront and a night view at the same time, a double night view (VV-IEW) appears in front of your eyes.
