横浜は最も大きく躍動的な港町の１つであり続けてきました。その歴史を通して、文化交流の地として知られてきました。結果、横浜の街並みは伝統、近代、そして現代的な建築の調和とともに美しく形成されてきました。その性質を反映して、私達の作品は日本における伝統的な庭である枯山水を現代的に解釈して設計されています。

Yokohama has been one of the largest and most active port city.Throughout the history,the city has been well-known for cultural exchange. As a result, the cityscape has been formed beautifully with the harmony between old, modern and contemporary architecuture. Reflecting this nature of city, the project is designed with the intention of contemporary interpretation of Japanese tradition. "THE GARDEN OF LIGHT | 光の庭園" is the reinterpretation of Karesansui, which is a traditional garden in Japan.
