横浜には、煌々と輝くヒカリがあります。そのヒカリがもたらす喜びが目に見える形で現れたら、何かを成し遂げたときの感動のように広がっていくはずです。その為に必要なのは特別なチカラではなく、老若男女誰でも、簡単に、自分のチカラでも輝かすことができるものでありたい。横浜の海のシンボルである船を元に、舵輪を回すことで、街を輝かせます。
Yokohama has a sparkling light. If we can see the joy from the light visually, it would expand just like an emotion we achieved something. It doesn’t need a special power; however, it should be the one to shine easily by itself or by all the people regardless of age or gender. We illuminate the cities by turning the wheels of a ship as a symbol of Yokohama.
