参加方法：随時受付、1日100個限定 ＊なくなり次第終了
A workshop that you put the lighting materials or the clear sheets on plain cloth wrist bands to make your own wrist bands easily.
Let’s go out with a shiny lighting wrist band even in a darkness!
Participating fee: 500 yen (incl. tax)
Application: at any time every day(150 bands limited / day)
