全身光る衣装を纏ったイルミネーターがスマートイルミネーション会場各所で、光の円を描くパフォーマンスを行う。
An illumination artist in all sparkling clothes is drawing a light circle at each venue of Smart Illumination. When you find him, please take photos by the slow shutter mode and contribute to SNS sites.
